Customer Service Agreement

All services will be performed according to the approved estimate or proposal. Only the work specifically described in the estimate is included in the agreed price.

Any additional repairs, surfaces, rooms, coats of paint, color changes, or services requested after the original estimate may result in additional charges.

Our estimates are based on the visible condition of the property and the information available at the time of inspection.

If hidden damage or unexpected conditions are discovered during the project, such as drywall damage, moisture, rotten wood, stucco deterioration, or previous coating failure, we will notify the customer before completing additional work whenever reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for approving final paint colors and finishes before painting begins.

DEHM Painting Service Corp may provide professional recommendations; however, the final color selection remains the customer's decision.

If a customer changes an approved color after materials have been purchased or painting has started, additional material and labor charges may apply.

Normal preparation may include minor patching, caulking, sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming when included in the estimate.

Major repairs or conditions that were not included in the original scope of work may be quoted separately.

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and removing or securing valuable, fragile, or personal items.

Pets and children should remain away from active work areas for their safety.

Customers should also inform us of any known leaks, moisture issues, alarms, HOA restrictions, gate access requirements, or other conditions that may affect the project.

Start and completion dates are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, drying conditions, additional repairs, customer-requested changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Exterior work may be delayed when weather or surface conditions are unsuitable for proper paint application.

Any work requested outside the original estimate will be considered additional work.

Additional work and pricing may be approved through written communication, including email, text message, electronic approval, or an updated estimate.

Payment terms will be provided in the customer's estimate or proposal.

Customers agree to make deposits, progress payments, and final payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Final payment is generally due upon substantial completion of the contracted work.

Customers will have an opportunity to review the completed work.

Reasonable touch-ups related to the original scope of work will be addressed as part of project completion.

Damage caused after completion by furniture, movers, other contractors, residents, pets, or normal use is not considered a workmanship touch-up.

DEHM Painting Service Corp stands behind the quality of our workmanship.

Any specific workmanship warranty provided for a project will be stated in the customer's written estimate or proposal.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by leaks, moisture, structural movement, mold, existing coating failure, rotten surfaces, customer damage, other contractors, or conditions outside our control.

With customer permission, DEHM Painting Service Corp may photograph completed projects for our website, portfolio, social media, and advertising.

We respect our customers' privacy and will not intentionally publish personal information without authorization.

We believe clear communication creates better results.
